By The Roofing Brief Team | Last reviewed: October 2026
Everlast Roofing (legally Everlast Roofing, Inc.) is a privately held maker of steel roofing and siding panels headquartered at 10 Enterprise Court, Lebanon, Pennsylvania, with regional sites in Howe, Indiana, Orwell, Ohio and Bridgton, Maine. It sells only through distributors and lumberyards, does no installation, and its posted warranties run up to 50 years on the 28 gauge OMNI version of its Everlast II panel.
Not the same business: the New Jersey, California and other contractors named “Everlast Roofing” that rank for this name install roofs; Everlast Roofing, Inc. only manufactures panels, trim and fasteners, and its contact page states it does “not sell directly to the end user” and does “not perform any repair or installation services.”
This review compiles Everlast’s own panel information sheets (2022 to 2026), 10 posted warranty PDFs, 4 color charts and 3 application guides, plus October 2026 dealer listings, Trustpilot and BBB records. The finding most buyers miss: Everlast’s documents disagree in at least three places, so the signed warranty for your exact series matters more than any brochure number.

Who owns Everlast Roofing and where are its plants?
Everlast Roofing, Inc. is privately held and family run, with Craig Covell named as President on the company’s Notables page; no Everlast page or press release names a parent company. The firm moved from Ephrata to Lebanon in 1998, into its current Lebanon Valley Industrial Park building in 2009, and marked 30 years in business on September 5, 2026.
Expansion came by plant: Everlast bought Metal Roofing Solutions of Bridgton, Maine, in 2003, planned an Indiana plant in 2004, opened a Painesville, Ohio, distribution center in 2014 and moved it to Orwell, Ohio, in 2016. By 2005 its history page says it served 22 states and produced over 18 million lineal feet a year. Rural Builder’s July 2026 edition lists Everlast with 24 Gold Key Awards.

Everlast Roofing vs Everlast Metals and local “Everlast” roofers
Three kinds of business share the Everlast name in this search. Everlast Metals’ contact page lists the same 10 Enterprise Ct. Lebanon headquarters and the same Howe, Orwell and Bridgton offices as Everlast Roofing, Inc., with its own phone, 800-418-5057, and sells architectural roof and wall systems through certified contractors. Neither website spells out the corporate relationship.
| Name you see | What it is | What it sells | How to tell |
|---|---|---|---|
| Everlast Roofing, Inc. | Panel manufacturer, Lebanon PA | Everlast II, Everdrain, PBR, Everloc, Everseam, Twin Rib panels, trim, The Answer screws | everlastroofing.com; 888-339-0059; does no installs |
| Everlast Metals | Architectural brand at the same Lebanon address | Architectural roof and wall systems, weathertightness warranties via certified contractors | everlastmetals.com; 800-418-5057 |
| Everlast Roofing (Stratford NJ and others) | Local roofing contractors | Installation, repair, asphalt and metal roofs | Separate domains (for example everlastroofingnj.com); quote labor, not panels |
Everlast Roofing panel profiles and specs
Everlast makes 6 roofing profiles: 3 exposed-fastener ribbed panels for houses and post-frame buildings, 2 concealed-fastener panels for homes, and an aluminum farm panel. Everlast II is the volume product; its 28 gauge OMNI version uses Grade 80 steel with a 95,000 psi minimum yield per its panel information sheet and product sheet.

| Profile | Type | Coverage and rib | Gauges offered | Min. pitch | Max. length | Source |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Everlast II | Exposed fastener | 36 in; 3/4 in major ribs 9 in o.c., two 3/16 in minor ribs | 28 OMNI, 26 Quartz, 28 ZM60 (Brite White), 29 Galvalume Plus, 29 G90 | 3:12 recommended | 40 ft | ELPI_250915; ELRPS_260220 |
| Everdrain | Exposed fastener | 36 in; 1/2 in ribs 6 in o.c. | Same series as Everlast II | 3:12 (residential guide) | 40 ft | EDPI_250915 |
| PBR | Exposed fastener, structural | 36 in; 1 1/4 in ribs 12 in o.c. | 26 painted, 26 and 24 AZ55 Galvalume | 1:12 | 40 ft | PBRPI_260213 |
| Everloc 16 | Snap-lock, slotted nail leg, no clips | 16 in; 1 in seam, striated | 26 (Grade 50, 50,000 psi) | 3:12 | 20 to 22 ft | L16PI_230829; 16PS_240216 |
| Everseam 20 | Clip-fastened standing seam | 20 in; 1 1/2 in seam, flat or striated | 24 (Grade 50, 50,000 psi) | 3:12 | 40 ft (inquire over 30 ft) | E20PI_230609; 20PS_221101 |
| Twin Rib | Exposed fastener, aluminum | 36 in; 3/4 in rib | Aluminum, unpainted only | Not stated | 22 ft | Everlast Twin Rib page |
Ratings differ by profile. Everloc and Everseam list UL 580 Class 90 uplift, UL 2218 Class 4 hail and UL 790 Class A fire on their web pages, plus ASTM E1592, E1646, E283 and TAS 100 wind-driven rain tests. Everlast II and Everdrain list UL Construction No. 560 uplift, Class 4 impact and Class A fire. PBR lists Class 4 and Class A only. None of the Everlast pages we read lists a Florida product approval or Miami-Dade NOA number.
How much does an Everlast roof weigh per square?
Everlast publishes weight per linear foot, not per square, so we multiplied it out. One square is 100 sq ft of roof, which takes 33.33 LF of a 36 inch coverage panel, 60 LF of 20 inch Everseam and 75 LF of 16 inch Everloc. Everlast’s own Everlast II and PBR sheets list “1 Square: 31.586 LF”, which equals 100 sq ft divided by the 38 inch overall sheet width; ordering on that figure for 36 inch coverage would leave you about 5% short.
| Panel and series | Weight per LF (Everlast sheet) | LF per square at net coverage | Weight per square | Pounds per sq ft |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Everlast II 28 ga OMNI | 2.10 lb | 33.33 | 70.0 lb | 0.70 |
| Everlast II 26 ga Quartz | 2.43 lb | 33.33 | 81.0 lb | 0.81 |
| Everlast II 29 ga Galvalume Plus | 2.08 lb | 33.33 | 69.3 lb | 0.69 |
| PBR 26 ga painted | 3.00 lb | 33.33 | 100.0 lb | 1.00 |
| PBR 24 ga AZ55 Galvalume | 3.80 lb | 33.33 | 126.7 lb | 1.27 |
| Everloc 16, 26 ga | 1.25 lb | 75.0 | 93.8 lb | 0.94 |
| Everseam 20, 24 ga | 2.00 lb | 60.0 | 120.0 lb | 1.20 |
Arithmetic: weight per LF x LF per square, Roofing Brief calculation from Everlast panel information sheets. For scale, Everlast’s homeowner FAQ puts asphalt shingles at 2 to 3.5 lb per sq ft and clay or concrete tile at 5.5 to 10 lb, so every Everlast panel above weighs under half of the lightest asphalt figure.
Everlast paint systems: Synergy, Quartz and Fluropon compared
Everlast sells three factory paint systems, and the system decides your warranty more than the panel does. Everlast’s January 2025 Paint Maintenance bulletin names them plainly: Synergy is a silicone modified polyester (SMP), Quartz is a textured finish, and Fluropon is a 70% PVDF (Kynar 500 or Hylar 5000) coating made by Sherwin-Williams.
| Paint system | Resin | Used on | Film integrity | Chalk and fade | Colors | Cleaning interval (Everlast) |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Synergy (OMNI series) | SMP | Everlast II, Everdrain 28 ga | 50 years | 35 years | 19 | Every 12 to 18 months |
| Synergy (26 ga) | SMP | PBR, Everloc, Everlast II coil | 40 years | 30 years | 18 (no Native Copper) | Every 12 to 18 months |
| Quartz | Textured (“NexGen Super Durable”) | Everlast II, Everdrain 26 ga, board and batten | 40 years | 30 years | 7 (2025 chart) | Every 9 to 12 months |
| Fluropon | 70% PVDF | Everseam 24 ga, gutter coil on request | 35 years and 1 month | 35 years and 1 month | 13 | Every 12 to 18 months |
Sources: Everlast Synergy color guide (SCG_250331), Quartz 7-color guide (QCG_250331), Fluropon color guide (FCG_231221) and the warranty PDFs below. Synergy’s own chart calls it “the strongest SMP system in the industry”, which is Everlast’s claim, not an independent rating. For how SMP and PVDF hold color over time across makers, see our metal roof colors guide.
What does the Everlast Roofing warranty cover?
Everlast posts 10 warranty PDFs, and they differ on term, transferability and installation deadlines. Every one requires written notice within 30 days of finding a defect and limits Everlast’s remedy to repair, refinish, replacement or a refund capped at its price for the defective material, with no labor. The OMNI, Quartz Series, Galvalume and G90 documents also void coverage within 1,500 feet of salt water; the 26 ga paint and Fluropon documents exclude salt-laden or chemically aggressive sites.
| Warranty document | Effective date | Covers | Film or peel | Chalk and fade | Red rust / perforation | Transferable? |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| OMNI Series Limited Warranty | Aug 3, 2026 | Everlast II, Everdrain, painted OMNI | 50 years | 35 years (chalk 6, fade 7 Hunter E on roofs) | 15 years / 50 years (acid rain) | Once, within 10 years, between natural persons |
| 26-Gauge Synergy Painted | Mar 31, 2025 | 26 ga Synergy products | 40 years | 30 years (chalk 6, fade 7) | Not covered | Once, within 10 years, between natural persons |
| Quartz Series Warranty | Oct 23, 2025 | Everlast II, Everdrain, QuadLock | 40 years | 30 years (chalk 4, fade 8) | 15 years / 25 years | No |
| 26-Gauge Quartz Painted | Mar 31, 2025 | 26 ga Quartz products | 40 years | 30 years (chalk 4, fade 8) | Not covered | No |
| 24 Gauge Fluropon | Jun 5, 2023 | 24 ga Fluropon (Everseam) | 35 years 1 month | 35 years 1 month (chalk 8, fade 5) | Not covered | No |
| Galvalume Limited Warranty | Mar 31, 2025 | Galvalume Everlast II, Everdrain, PBR, Everseam, Everloc | n/a | n/a | Perforation: 45 years AZ55 bare or acrylic, 50 years AZ50 painted | No |
| Acrylic Coated G90 Galvanized | Jun 5, 2023 | Unpainted G90 Everlast II, Everdrain | n/a | n/a | Perforation: 20 years after shipment | No |
Chalk ratings follow ASTM D4214 (10 is no chalk, so a higher threshold is stricter) and fade limits follow ASTM D2244 in Hunter E units (lower is stricter). On those numbers the OMNI and 26 ga Synergy documents set tighter chalk and fade limits than either Quartz document, and the Fluropon document is tighter again at chalk 8 and 5 units of fade.
Exclusions that decide most Everlast claims
- Pitch: the OMNI and Quartz Series warranties exclude roofs under 2:12, even though PBR is rated to 1:12 on its panel sheet.
- Install deadline: OMNI coverage excludes product not installed within 1 month of shipment; the Quartz Series term runs from installation only if it occurs within 6 months of coating.
- Cleaning: the OMNI warranty excludes panels “not cleaned on a regular basis and at least annually”, and abrasive or chemical cleaners.
- Treated lumber: panels laid on ACQ, CA, CBA, CCA or creosote-treated wood without a barrier are excluded under OMNI and Quartz Series terms.
- Scratches: paint damage during installation, including scratches, is excluded under OMNI section 4(i).
- Paperwork: claims must show the Everlast invoice number, ship date and the distributor or lumberyard; water-stain claims on delivery must be made within 3 days of receipt per the panel sheets.
Where Everlast’s own documents disagree
Three conflicts were visible in October 2026. The 16-color Quartz chart still posted on the Everlast II page (QCG_240510, May 2024) lists 50 years film and 35 years fade for Quartz panels, while the March 2025 7-color chart and both Quartz warranties say 40 and 30. The Everloc and PBR panel sheets list 25 years for AZ55 Galvalume, while the March 2025 Galvalume warranty says 45 years for AZ55 bare or acrylic coated steel.
The third is naming. The Quartz Series warranty covers a “QuadLock” product with no page on everlastroofing.com, and New Hampshire dealer East Coast Lumber lists an “Everlast II 28 Gauge Lynx Series” (AZM110, Colorbond finish, 40/35/10/25 year terms) that appears in no current Everlast document. Ask your dealer which warranty PDF, by name and effective date, comes with your order.
Everlast Roofing colors and the visualizer
Everlast Roofing colors come from three charts: 19 Synergy colors, 7 current Quartz colors and 13 Fluropon colors, each with a four-digit code you can quote to a dealer. The Everlast visualizer is a build-your-own tool hosted by Renoworks (everlastroofing.renoworks.com) for previewing panel and color combinations, and Everlast says on every product page to request physical swatches because monitors shift color.
| Chart (date code) | Profiles | Color names and codes | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| Synergy (SCG_250331) | Everlast II, Everdrain, PBR, Everloc | Brite White 1106, Ash Gray 1201, Slate 1236, Charcoal 1212, Beige 1302, Light Stone 1325, Tan 1341, Clay 1313, Brown 1708, Bronze 1707, Ocean Blue 1628, Heron Blue 1621, Patina Green 1529, Ivy 1523, Crimson Red 1415, Red 1430, Burgundy 1410, Black 1803, Native Copper 1927 | Heron Blue, Crimson Red and Native Copper are Premium; Native Copper is 28 ga only; 8 colors carry extended 26 ga lead times |
| Quartz (QCG_250331) | Everlast II, Everdrain 26 ga | Slate 4236, Charcoal 4212, Bronze 4707, Heron Blue 4621, Ivy 4523, Black 4803, Red 4430 | Textured; the older 16-color chart is still posted |
| Fluropon (FCG_231221) | Everseam 24 ga | Bone White 2103, Cityscape 2208, Dark Gray 2217, Charcoal 2206, Sandstone 2340, Burnished Slate 2705, Mansard Brown 2724, Dark Bronze 2716, Matte Black 2825, Burgundy 2404, Colonial Red 2413, Gallery Blue 2621, Forest Green 2520 | 70% PVDF; Sherwin-Williams trademark |
Everlast does not publish solar reflectance or SRI values on its color charts, so if a local energy code or HOA asks for a CRRC-rated cool roof, ask the dealer for the coil supplier’s test report before you order. Board and batten siding coil adds 4 wood-grain prints (Weathered Wood, Natural Pine, Dark Cherry, Red Oak) in 26 ga Quartz with a 40 year warranty per the board and batten page.
How much does Everlast metal roofing cost?
Everlast metal roofing cost runs about $1.42 to $1.76 per sq ft of coverage for Everlast II panels at two Northeast dealers in October 2026, before trim, screws and labor. Everlast posts no prices; its homeowner FAQ says metal roofing in general runs $120 to $900 per square against $70 to $160 for asphalt shingles, and its panel sheets quote prices FOB the plant.
| Item (retailer, SKU) | Listed price, Oct 2026 | Per LF | Per sq ft of coverage | Per square |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Everlast II, sold by LF, 1 to 30 ft (Slutsky Lumber, Ellenville NY) | $4.25 per LF sale ($4.75 regular) | $4.25 | $1.42 | $142 |
| Everlast II 8 ft Ivy, SKU E8IR (Belletetes, Jaffrey NH) | $42.24 each | $5.28 | $1.76 | $176 |
| #05 Gable Trim 10 ft 2 in, SKU TLGT5 (East Coast Lumber, East Hampstead NH) | $34.95 | $3.44 | n/a | n/a |
| #18 Residential Rake 10 ft 2 in, SKU TLRR18 (East Coast Lumber) | $24.95 | $2.46 | n/a | n/a |
| #19 Formed Valley 10 ft 2 in, SKU TLFV19 (East Coast Lumber) | $47.95 | $4.72 | n/a | n/a |
| #37 2-piece Notched Ridge Cap, SKU TLNRC37 (East Coast Lumber) | $21.95 | n/a | n/a | n/a |
Per square math uses 33.33 LF of 36 inch coverage panel. The listings do not state gauge or series, and dealer pricing changes with steel costs, so treat them as dated examples, not quotes. Everlast’s panel sheets add a $200 drop charge for job-site delivery on a 45 ft flatbed and a $50 charge on orders under $500.
Worked example: a 2,000 sq ft Everlast roof
A 2,000 sq ft roof surface is 20 squares. The table below prices Everlast II panels at the two dealer prices above and installed cost at The Roofing Brief’s 2026 Roofing Cost Report ranges: $6 to $10 per sq ft for exposed-fastener metal and $10 to $18 for standing seam. The 10% waste factor is a Roofing Brief estimate for a simple gable; hips and valleys need more.
| Line | Inputs | Result |
|---|---|---|
| Panel LF needed | 20 squares x 33.33 LF x 1.10 waste | 733 LF |
| Everlast II panels, low dealer price | 733 LF x $4.25 | $3,117 |
| Everlast II panels, high dealer price | 733 LF x $5.28 | $3,872 |
| Installed, exposed fastener (Everlast II class) | 2,000 sq ft x $6 to $10 | $12,000 to $20,000 |
| Installed, standing seam (Everloc or Everseam class) | 2,000 sq ft x $10 to $18 | $20,000 to $36,000 |
If 2,000 sq ft is the house footprint, convert it first with Everlast’s slope factor chart: x 1.0541 at 4:12 gives 2,108 sq ft of roof, x 1.1180 at 6:12 gives 2,236 sq ft, and x 1.2019 at 8:12 gives 2,404 sq ft, before eave and rake overhangs. Panels are roughly 16% to 32% of the exposed-fastener installed total in this example ($3,117 of $20,000 up to $3,872 of $12,000); labor, tear-off and trim make up the rest.
How to order and install Everlast panels
Everlast panels reach homeowners through a dealer, so the order runs through the lumberyard and the installer follows Everlast’s application guides. The steps below combine the ordering terms on Everlast’s panel sheets with the installation rules in its Everlast II and Everdrain residential application guide and the Everloc and Everseam guides.

- Find a dealer: submit the form on Everlast’s distributor page with your county and ZIP; Everlast routes it to a local seller.
- Pick profile, gauge and series in writing: for example “Everlast II, 28 ga OMNI, Synergy Charcoal 1212”, and ask for the warranty PDF by name and effective date.
- Order cut lengths: Everlast II and PBR are cut to the inch up to 40 ft, with $1.00 per piece under 4 ft; Everloc and Everseam have a 6 ft minimum, with $2.00 per panel below it. Custom-cut panels are not returnable.
- Inspect on delivery: report water-stained bundles within 3 days; store panels dry and inclined, and never under plastic, which Everlast says causes condensation.
- Prepare the deck: lay 30 lb felt or ice and water shield; Everloc and Everseam need solid plywood of at least 5/8 in.
- Check slope: Everlast’s light gauge panels, Everloc and Everseam call for 3:12 or steeper. 2021 IRC R905.10.2 allows lapped panels at 3:12 without lap sealant and 1/2:12 with it, but the maker’s minimum governs.
- Lay panels against the prevailing wind: lap end joints at least 8 in with sealant and butyl tape.
- Fasten to the guide: Everloc takes one ultra low profile screw every 18 in through its slotted leg; Everseam takes one clip every 24 in with one screw per clip. Everlast’s #10 The Answer RDP woodscrew (1/4 in hex, 250 per bag) should not be driven with an impact gun.
- Clean up swarf the same day: cut with snips or a nibbler, and remove metal shavings at once; the Residential Application Guide says staining or rust from shavings voids the warranty.
Everlast’s resources page trim sheets give part numbers and stock lengths, for example TLURC1 13 in universal ridge cap at 10 ft 6 in and TLRR18 residential rake at 10 ft 2 in to 16 ft 6 in. Striated Everloc and Everseam reduce visible oil canning, which Everlast’s bulletin says “is not a cause for rejection”; our striated vs flat panel guide covers that tradeoff.
Everlast Roofing reviews, BBB and complaint record
Public reviews of Everlast Roofing, Inc. as a product maker are thin, and many “Everlast roofing reviews” in Google belong to contractors with the same name. The records below are what we could attribute to the Lebanon manufacturer in October 2026.
| Record | What it shows | Source |
|---|---|---|
| Trustpilot | Unclaimed profile for everlastroofing.com: 5 reviews, TrustScore 2.5. Four reviewers (GB, AU, AU, IE) describe roofing contractor work Everlast Roofing, Inc. does not perform. One US review (updated April 2024) reports scratching and spotting on a 3-year-old Everlast roof and says Everlast’s written reply described scratches as inherent. | Trustpilot |
| BBB | Listed as Everlast Roofing, Inc., Industrial Manufacturers, Lebanon PA; not BBB accredited | BBB profile |
| Trade awards | 24 Rural Builder Gold Key Awards (July 2026); Everlast says Metal Roofing Magazine Metal of Honor 17 times as of 2023 | Rural Builder; Everlast Notables page |
| Dealer testimonials | 8 unattributed quotes on Everlast’s residential page | everlastroofing.com (self-published) |
The one US product complaint, about a 3-year-old roof, lines up with OMNI warranty section 4(i), which excludes paint damage “during installation or use”, including scratches. Before signing, ask your installer how panels will be handled and walked, since Everlast’s application guide says to wear soft-soled shoes and not to walk on panels until all fasteners are in.
Everlast vs Union Corrugating, Metal Sales and Fabral
Everlast II competes most directly with three other 36 inch, 3/4 inch rib exposed-fastener panels sold through Northeast and Midwest lumberyards. The table compares maker-published specs; it is not a performance test, and finish warranties use different chalk and fade thresholds, so compare the documents, not just the years.
| Panel (maker) | Coverage and rib | Gauges | Min. slope | Paint and longest finish term | Listed ratings | Source |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Everlast II (Everlast Roofing) | 36 in; 3/4 in at 9 in | 28 (Grade 80), 26, 29 | 3:12 | Synergy SMP; 50 years film, 35 chalk and fade (OMNI) | UL 2218 Class 4; UL 790 Class A | Everlast product sheet, OMNI warranty |
| MasterRib (Union Corrugating) | 36 in; 3/4 in | 29, 26 | 3:12 | Signature 200 SMP; 45 year limited finish warranty | Not on profile page | Union MasterRib page |
| Classic Rib (Metal Sales) | 36 in; 3/4 in at 9 in | 29, 26 | 3:12 | MS Colorfast45; up to 45 year paint warranty | UL 580 Class 90; UL 2218 Class 4; ICC ESR-2385 | Metal Sales sell sheet (2018) |
| Grandrib 3 (Fabral, a McElroy Metal company since Feb 2026) | 36 in; 3/4 in | 29 (AZ50) | 2 1/2:12 | Enduracote | UL 580 Class 90; UL 2218 Class 4; UL 790 Class A | Fabral Grandrib 3 page |
Everlast’s distinct points on paper are the Grade 80 OMNI steel, the AZM coating (aluminum-zinc with magnesium, from BlueScope) and the one-time transferable OMNI warranty. Fabral’s lower 2 1/2:12 minimum matters on porch and shed roofs. For the wider field, see our Union Corrugating review and our Pro Rib metal roofing guide for the Menards-sold equivalent.
Is Everlast Roofing right for your project?
Everlast fits best when a dealer in its PA, OH, IN or New England delivery area can quote OMNI or Fluropon product and you can meet the warranty’s install, slope and cleaning terms. Use the table to match a project to a profile, then confirm on the dated warranty PDF.
| If your project is | Everlast pick | Why, per Everlast documents |
|---|---|---|
| A house re-roof at 3:12 or steeper on a budget | Everlast II 28 ga OMNI | 50 year film, 35 year chalk and fade, transferable once within 10 years; about $1.42 to $1.76 per sq ft at dealers |
| A standing seam look without clips | Everloc 16, 26 ga | Slotted nail leg, screw every 18 in, 3:12 minimum, 5/8 in plywood |

Frequently asked questions
What is Everlast Roofing?
Everlast Roofing, Inc. is a privately held metal roofing and siding manufacturer founded in 1996 and headquartered at 10 Enterprise Court, Lebanon, Pennsylvania, with sites in Howe, Indiana, Orwell, Ohio and Bridgton, Maine. It makes the Everlast II, Everdrain, PBR, Everloc, Everseam and Twin Rib panels, sells only through distributors and lumberyards, and does not install roofs.
What is the price range for Everlast roofing?
Everlast posts no prices. In October 2026, Slutsky Lumber in Ellenville, NY listed Everlast II at $4.25 per linear foot and Belletetes in Jaffrey, NH listed an 8 ft Everlast II Ivy panel at $42.24, which works out to about $1.42 to $1.76 per sq ft of coverage, or $142 to $176 per square, before trim, screws and labor.
What is the average cost of a 2,000 square foot metal roof?
For 2,000 sq ft of roof surface, The Roofing Brief’s 2026 Roofing Cost Report ranges give $12,000 to $20,000 installed for exposed-fastener metal such as Everlast II ($6 to $10 per sq ft) and $20,000 to $36,000 for standing seam ($10 to $18). Everlast II panels alone would run about $3,117 to $3,872 at October 2026 dealer prices with 10% waste.
Which company is the best for roofing?
No single maker wins every job. For exposed-fastener steel, compare gauge, steel grade, paint resin and the warranty document: Everlast II offers 28 ga Grade 80 OMNI with a 50 year film term, Union MasterRib and Metal Sales Classic Rib list 45 year finish warranties, and Fabral Grandrib 3 allows a lower 2 1/2:12 slope. For installation, hire a licensed, insured local contractor.
What gauge is Everlast metal roofing?
Everlast II and Everdrain come in 28 gauge OMNI, 26 gauge Quartz, 28 gauge ZM60 (Brite White only) and 29 gauge Galvalume Plus or G90, per Everlast’s panel sheets; a 27 gauge OMNI may be sold in select markets. Everloc is 26 gauge, Everseam is 24 gauge, and PBR is 26 or 24 gauge.
Is the Everlast Roofing warranty transferable?
Only some Everlast warranties transfer. The OMNI Series (August 2026) and 26-Gauge Synergy Painted (March 2025) warranties may transfer once, between natural persons, within 10 years of installation. The Quartz, Fluropon, Galvalume and G90 warranties are limited to the original buyer. Keep the Everlast invoice number and distributor name, because claims require them within 30 days of finding a defect.
Is Everlast Roofing the same company as Everlast Metals?
Everlast Metals’ contact page lists the same Lebanon, PA headquarters at 10 Enterprise Ct. and the same Howe, Orwell and Bridgton offices as Everlast Roofing, Inc., but uses its own phone line, 800-418-5057, and sells architectural roof and wall systems through certified contractors. Neither website states the corporate relationship, so quote and warranty each brand separately.
Where can I find Everlast Roofing installation guides and trim profiles?
Everlast posts PDF application guides for Everlast II and Everdrain (residential and post-frame), PBR, Everloc 16 and Everseam 20, plus trim sheets with part numbers such as TLURC1 ridge cap and TLRR18 residential rake, on its resources page. The guides call for 30 lb felt or ice and water shield, a 3:12 minimum slope and 8 inch end laps.
