Jobber for Roofers: 2026 Plans, Prices and Roofing Gaps

Jobber for roofers, October 2026: plan prices by crew size, which tier unlocks EagleView and job costing, card vs ACH fees, and when a roofing CRM wins.

Jobber for Roofers: 2026 Plans, Prices and Roofing Gaps

Jobber for roofers is a general field service app, not a roofing CRM: on October 19, 2026 its published plans ran $29 to $529 a month billed annually, and its roofing fit turns on three plan gates. The EagleView integration starts at Connect ($99), good/better/best optional line items and job costing start at Grow ($149), and crew scheduling plus the photo library need Plus ($399 for 5 users).

Every figure on this page comes from Jobber’s pricing page and help center, EagleView’s price list, Roofr’s pricing page, the BLS Occupational Outlook for roofers or our own arithmetic, labeled as a Roofing Brief estimate. Jobber runs a launch promotion until October 30, 2026; the tables use list prices, not promo prices.

Jobber for roofers: key numbers at a glance

Six numbers decide whether Jobber works for a roofing company: the plan price for your crew size, the $29 extra-user fee, the card and ACH rates on a five-figure roof, the Wisetack financing fee and the per-roof cost of EagleView measurements. Each figure below was read from the vendor’s own page on October 19, 2026.

Is Jobber built for roofers?

No. Jobber is home service operations software used across trades, and its roofing page markets the same core tools sold to lawn, HVAC and cleaning companies. The company was founded in 2011, and its last announced round was a $100 million Series D led by General Atlantic on February 7, 2023, following $60 million led by Summit Partners in January 2021; neither release disclosed a valuation.

The roofing-specific pieces Jobber adds are integrations rather than native modules: EagleView for aerial measurement, CompanyCam for photo documentation, The Home Depot catalog for material pricing and Wisetack for homeowner financing. Roofing-first platforms such as AccuLynx, JobNimbus and Roofr build measurement, insurance paperwork or supplier ordering into the product, which is the trade-off the rest of this page prices out.

What Jobber costs a roofing company in October 2026

Jobber sells four plans in three billing options, and the gap between them is large: Plus with 10 users costs $599 a month with no commitment, $499 on a 1-year commitment billed monthly and $449 a month when prepaid annually. The table lists every published combination from the Jobber pricing page as displayed on October 19, 2026, before sales tax.

Plan Users included Monthly, no commitment 1-year commitment, billed monthly Annual prepaid, per month Annual prepaid, per year
Core 1 $49 $39 $29 $348
Connect 1 $139 $119 $99 $1,188

Plus 10 $599 $499 $449 $5,388
Plus 15 $699 $599 $529 $6,348

Source: Jobber pricing page, read October 19, 2026. Every plan adds users at $29 a month each. The first-year promo prices shown on the page (for example $21 for Core and $280 for Plus with 5 users) apply only to new customers who subscribe before October 30, 2026.

When the 5-user bundle beats adding seats

On Connect, the 1-user plan plus two $29 seats costs $157 a month annually, which is $8 more than the 5-user Connect bundle at $149, so a 3-person roofing office should buy the bundle. On Grow the crossover comes at 4 users: $149 plus three seats is $236, against $229 for the 5-user Grow bundle (Roofing Brief arithmetic from the published prices).

People who need logins Connect: cheapest option Grow: cheapest option
1 1-user plan, $99/mo 1-user plan, $149/mo
2 1 user + 1 seat, $128/mo 1 user + 1 seat, $178/mo
3 5-user bundle, $149/mo 1 user + 2 seats, $207/mo
4 5-user bundle, $149/mo 5-user bundle, $229/mo
5 5-user bundle, $149/mo 5-user bundle, $229/mo

Annual prepaid prices, assuming the $29 seat fee applies at the same billing option. Jobber counts a user as anyone who opens the account in the office or the field to view or manage the schedule.

Which Jobber plan unlocks the roofing features

The features roofers ask about most sit above the entry plan. Core sends quotes, schedules jobs and takes card, ACH and progress payments, but it cannot sync QuickBooks Online or order EagleView reports; Grow adds optional line items for shingle tiers and job costing; Plus adds crew scheduling and the files and media library that Jobber’s roofing page pitches for storm-damage photos.

What a year of Jobber costs for three roofing crews

Measurement reports, not the subscription, decide the bill for a reroofing company that quotes from aerial data. The three profiles below pair a plan with a monthly EagleView volume; the 8-person shop spends $5,388 a year on Jobber and $7,860 on 240 small Premium reports at Bronze pricing (Roofing Brief estimate from published list prices).

Crew profile Plan (annual prepaid) Plan per year Measurement assumption Reports per year Year total Hours/month at $26.65 to cover the plan

Inputs: Jobber pricing (October 19, 2026); EagleView Bronze list prices; the May 2025 BLS median for roofers of $26.65 an hour from the BLS Occupational Outlook Handbook. The first 5 EagleView reports ordered through Jobber are free, which cuts year one by up to $450 per Jobber. Silver or Gold EagleView pricing lowers the report column by 16% to 26% on small roofs.

Card, ACH and financing fees on a $13,000 roof

Payment fees on a single reroof can exceed a month of Jobber. On a $13,000 roof, which is 2,000 sq ft of roof at the $6.50 midpoint of the $5 to $8 per sq ft architectural shingle range in our 2026 roofing cost report, a card payment costs $377.30 while ACH costs $130.00.

Arithmetic by The Roofing Brief. Jobber notes that the first card payout takes 5 to 7 business days. You can set quote deposits and invoices to accept ACH only, card only or both, which lets a roofer route five-figure balances to ACH and keep card for repairs.

Large roof tickets can also hit processing limits. Jobber’s processing-limits article says it may cap how much an account processes or pays out at one time, for card and ACH alike, based on processing history, chargebacks and industry risk. A new account taking its first $13,000 deposit should ask Jobber support for its limit before the homeowner pays.

Wisetack financing terms through Jobber

Wisetack is the only homeowner financing built into Jobber, and its limits suit residential repair and replacement but not commercial work. Approval requires 10 or more online reviews averaging about 4.5 stars and at least $12,500 a month or $150,000 a year in revenue, per the Jobber Wisetack help article updated October 1, 2026.

Term Wisetack through Jobber
Quote size that shows financing $500 to $65,000 (many businesses start with a lower cap set by Wisetack)
Client type Residential, named individual; quotes to a company show no financing
Work window One-off work completed within 90 days
Cost to the roofer 3.9% of each financed amount, no setup fee
Homeowner terms 3 to 120 months, 0% to 35.9% APR by credit
Plans All Jobber plans except Lite; US only
Application review Up to 5 business days

Roof measurements in Jobber: free tool, EagleView and the alternatives

Jobber offers two measurement paths. The free Roof Measurement Tool takes an address and your price per square and returns a satellite estimate in seconds, using Eagleview imagery at up to 1-inch resolution, but Jobber states those numbers should not be used for insurance claims or binding contracts. Report-grade numbers come from EagleView reports ordered inside the client record on Connect, Grow or Plus.

Delivery options inside Jobber come from the Jobber EagleView help article; EagleView charges extra for faster delivery, and the free-report promo does not cover delivery upgrades or a Bid Perfect to Premium upgrade. Our aerial roof measurement software report compares EagleView, Hover, GAF QuickMeasure, RoofSnap and Pictometry pricing and LiDAR accuracy benchmarks.

A practical split for a 20-lead month: screen all 20 with the free tool, then order a $32.75 Bronze Premium report only for the 8 that book an inspection, which costs $262 instead of $655 for 20 reports (Roofing Brief estimate). The site visit still confirms layers, decking and flashing that no aerial report shows.

Where Jobber falls short for roofing contractors

Jobber’s gaps cluster in insurance restoration and supply ordering. Its own Jobber vs JobNimbus page (updated October 14, 2026) tells roofers to choose JobNimbus if they need Xactimate and Hover integrations or want to order from ABC Supply or Beacon Pro+ inside their software, and Jobber’s plan table lists no supplement or adjuster tools.

Roofing need Jobber (October 2026) Roofing-first alternatives Source
Xactimate estimates No native link; EagleView claim fields sync to EagleView, then to Xactimate JobNimbus integrates Xactimate (per Jobber); Roofr sells Xactimate ESX files at $10 to $12 per report on Starter and Measure+ Jobber comparison, Roofr
Supplier ordering Home Depot catalog prices and stock within 50 miles; Pro Xtra pricing JobNimbus orders from ABC Supply and Beacon Pro+ (per Jobber); Roofr lists material ordering on all plans Jobber help, Roofr
Native aerial measurement No; EagleView integration plus free screening tool Roofr sells its own reports at $13 to $19 Roofr pricing
Photo documentation Notes and attachments on all plans; media library on Plus; CompanyCam sync Roofr, JobNimbus and AccuLynx store job photos in the job record Jobber help: CompanyCam
Published pricing Yes, $29 to $699 a month Roofr publishes $0 to $349; AccuLynx uses a pricing request form; JobNimbus not publicly listed (per Jobber) AccuLynx
Minimum users 1 on Core, Connect and Grow JobNimbus minimum 3 users (per Jobber); Roofr unlimited users Jobber comparison

CompanyCam fills part of the photo gap: photos sync into Jobber as internal notes on the most recently updated active request, quote or job, matched by an exact property address, with a 50 MB limit per file, per the Jobber CompanyCam help article. It requires a CompanyCam Pro or Premium plan on top of Jobber.

What ranking reviews say versus Jobber’s own documents

Several pages ranking for Jobber roofing searches mix billing options or plan tiers, which changes a buyer’s math by $100 or more a month. The comparison below sets each claim against the primary source as read on October 19, 2026; vendors change plans often, so re-check before you sign.

Claim on a ranking page What the primary source says
A cost model pairing Jobber Core with EagleView reports (OptimizeIt, June 2026) Jobber’s EagleView help article lists the integration on Connect, Grow and Plus only
Jobber Connect for 5 users at $99 to $139 (OptimizeIt) $99 to $139 is the 1-user Connect price; 5-user Connect is $149 annual to $199 monthly
Jobber Plus is $599 a month for 10 users (QuoteIQ) Correct for month to month; the same plan is $499 on a 1-year commitment and $449 prepaid annually

How to set up Jobber for a roofing business

A roofer can have quoting, deposits and EagleView ordering running inside the trial’s 14 days, and an EagleView report on regular delivery arrives in 2 business days. The order below front-loads the settings that change cash flow on a five-figure roof, then adds measurement, photos and financing.

Two-story house mid-reroof with half the deck exposed and a contractor pickup with ladder rack in the driveway
Deposit and ACH settings decide cash flow on a five-figure reroof before the first bundle is ordered.
  1. Start the trial and pick the right size. Choose team size first; with 3 or more Connect users or 4 or more Grow users, the 5-user bundle is cheaper than single seats at $29 each.
  2. Build one quote template per job type. Price a reroof per square, gutters per linear foot and repairs as a flat line; on Grow or Plus, add 3-tab, architectural and Class 4 (UL 2218) shingle options as optional line items so the homeowner picks one in Client Hub.
  3. Set the deposit rule. Per Jobber’s deposits help article, choose a percentage or fixed deposit on approval, or a payment schedule for progress invoicing, so material money arrives before you order.
  4. Route big balances to ACH. In Jobber Payments settings, set quote deposits and invoices above your threshold to ACH, which costs 1% against 2.9% plus $0.30 for card.
  5. Connect EagleView (Connect or higher). Add billing in EagleView first; the first 5 reports ordered through Jobber are free, and the Order Report link appears on each property.
  6. Build an inspection checklist. Checklists (Connect or higher) store updates on the phone in low-signal areas and sync when the connection returns, per Jobber’s checklists help article.
  7. Link photos. Connect CompanyCam if your crews already use it, and keep addresses identical in both apps so photos land on the right job.
  8. Apply for Wisetack. You need 10 or more reviews near 4.5 stars and $12,500 a month in revenue; review takes up to 5 business days.
  9. Connect accounting last. Use the current QuickBooks Online integration (Connect or higher), since the Home Depot catalog will not run with the legacy QuickBooks link.

Jobber’s free roofing estimate template covers branding, line items and terms but not roofing law. Our roofing proposal template covers good/better/best option pricing and what makes an accepted proposal a binding contract, and our roofing invoice template covers deposit caps by state, lien waivers and Xactimate invoice lines.

Jobber or a roofing CRM: which should you pick?

Pick by job mix and crew count, not by feature count. Jobber, at $29 to $529 a month billed annually, wins when most revenue is cash-pay repair, maintenance, gutters or small reroofs and the office wants published prices; a roofing-first CRM wins once insurance claims, Xactimate paperwork or supplier ordering run through most jobs. The table maps common situations to a plan or platform.

Your situation Pick Why
Solo repair or gutter roofer, card and check payments Jobber Core, $29/mo annual Quotes, invoices and progress billing for $348 a year
Solo roofer who quotes from aerial reports or uses QuickBooks Online Jobber Connect, $99/mo annual EagleView and QuickBooks sync start at Connect
3 to 5 people selling good/better/best reroofs Jobber Grow, 5 users, $229/mo annual Optional line items, job costing and two-way SMS
Two or more crews on roofs the same day Jobber Plus, 10 users, $449/mo annual Crew scheduling, profit alerts and the photo library are Plus only
Insurance claims and Xactimate supplements on most jobs JobNimbus or AccuLynx Jobber has no native Xactimate or supplement workflow
You want ABC Supply or Beacon ordering inside the CRM JobNimbus (per Jobber’s own comparison) or Roofr Jobber connects only to The Home Depot catalog
20 or more measurement reports a month Price Roofr at $13 per report against EagleView at $24.25 to $87 Reports cost more than the software at that volume
Roofing plus snow removal, lawn or other trades Jobber One account covers every trade on the same plan

Frequently asked questions

What is the 25% rule for roofing?

It is a Florida Building Code rule, not a Jobber feature: no more than 25% of a roof or roof section may be repaired, replaced or recovered in 12 months unless the whole roof meets current code. Florida Statute 553.844(5), amended in 2022, exempts roofs built, repaired or replaced under the 2007 Florida Building Code or later, so only the repaired portion must meet the current code.

What is the best CRM for roofers?

No single platform wins every job mix. The Roofing Brief’s ranking puts AccuLynx first for residential operators above $2 million, JobNimbus for multi-branch growth and Roofr for budget-minded operators. Jobber fits repair, maintenance and gutter-heavy roofers on cash jobs: published prices from $29 a month, deposits, progress invoicing and Wisetack financing, but no native Xactimate link or ABC Supply ordering.

Is Jobber actually worth it?

For a cash-pay roofer the break-even is low. Connect at $99 a month, billed annually, equals 3.7 hours at the $26.65 BLS median roofer wage, and taking one $13,000 roof by ACH instead of card saves $247.30 in fees. It is a weaker buy when insurance claims dominate, because Jobber has no native Xactimate, supplement or roofing-supplier ordering workflow.

What is a jobber and how does it work?

Merriam-Webster defines a jobber as a wholesaler, especially a small-scale one or one selling only to retailers and institutions, or a person who works by the job. Jobber the software, founded in 2011, runs a service business in five steps: a client request becomes a quote, an approved quote becomes a scheduled job, the job becomes an invoice, and the client pays online through Client Hub.

How much does Jobber cost for a roofing company?

On October 19, 2026, Jobber listed Core at $29 a month (1 user, annual prepaid), Connect at $99, Grow at $149 and Plus at $399 for 5 users, up to $529 for 15 users. Monthly no-commitment prices run $49 to $699. Extra users cost $29 a month each, and card payments cost 2.9% plus $0.30 per charge.

Is there a free version of Jobber for roofers?

No. The cheapest plan is Core at $29 a month billed annually or $49 month to month. The free parts are a 14-day trial with no credit card, a satellite Roof Measurement Tool for screening leads, a roof replacement cost calculator, and the first 5 EagleView reports ordered through the Jobber integration, which Jobber values at up to $450 combined.

Does Jobber have a roof measurement tool?

Yes, two. The free Roof Measurement Tool uses Eagleview imagery to estimate roof area and pitch from an address, but Jobber says those numbers are for screening leads, not contracts or insurance claims. For report-grade numbers, the EagleView integration on Connect, Grow and Plus orders Premium reports that EagleView lists at $24.25 to $87 for residential roofs.

Can Jobber handle roofing insurance claims and supplements?

Not natively. Jobber’s October 2026 feature table lists no Xactimate, supplement or adjuster workflow. The closest link is the EagleView order form: claim details entered there sync to your EagleView account, which Jobber says can transfer to Xactimate. Jobber’s own JobNimbus comparison page recommends JobNimbus for roofers who need Xactimate and Hover integrations.
